Dallas Russell, Sr. is the Manager and Senior Escrow Officer of Commonwealth Title of Houston. After spending the first 24 years of his professional life as a Realtor, title agent and banker, Mr. Russell founded the location on Westcott Street with Mr. Hill, attorney at law. Mr. Russell has maintained a close relationship with Realtors, builders, bankers and investors since opening this location in June of 2002.

He brings to the table, not only decades worth of experience in the title and real estate industries, he also has vast experience in construction and investor portfolios. A well maintained relationship with title examiners and underwriters is the key to the success of the Westcott office as Mr. Russell brings his complete expertise and relationships to solve the title problems that other title agents can’t.

After studying Communications at Cal State Fullerton starting in 1975, Mr. Russell soon became aware of the vast potential in the real estate and title industry. Rounding off his education in police science at Wharton County Jr. College, Mr. Russell earned his TECELOSE certificate in 1992. The effects of this education furthered Mr. Russell’s commitment to ethics in the title and real estate industries.
